It’s been a year now since using the IPhone 8 plus New and I can give a proper review. In the 8th month of the purchase the battery stopped working properly and couldn’t charge beyond 70%. I took it back and they replaced the battery, the service was great. It’s now 13 months since the purchase and I’m seeing flames. The battery still says it’s in good condition and still charges up to 100% but it literally switches off after any inconvenience no matter the percentage. And then when I switch it back on it says 10%. It can go from 70% to 10% in a split second but it’s the switching off that gets to me. My warranty is finished but even then replacing a battery every 5 months doesn’t sound sustainable to me.
